Walmart Eagle Mountain

Dolphin Group worked with Walmart to secure approval for a new ground-up retail store in the growing community of Eagle Mountain, Utah. Following a comprehensive political landscape analysis and the development of a targeted messaging framework, the team executed a strategic community engagement campaign designed to build local support. This effort successfully recruited and activated more than 800 residents to advocate for the project, demonstrating strong grassroots backing.

The Walmart was approved by the City Council in a 4–1 vote in late 2023, and the store officially opened in late summer 2025, marking a significant milestone for both the community and the client.
