Kathy sets the firm’s strategic vision and leads overall operations, growth, and client success across a diverse portfolio. Her leadership approach combines precision, strategic insight, and a commitment to delivering results at both the organizational and client level.

A veteran strategist, Kathy brings deep expertise from leading more than two dozen state and local ballot initiative campaigns. She has pioneered innovative, hyper-targeted engagement models—most notably a person-to-person, neighbor-to-neighbor mobilization approach—that have delivered measurable results for corporate and public affairs clients alike. 

Christine Aghassi

Christine is a seasoned public affairs executive with more than three decades of experience shaping the narrative around complex political, policy, and real estate development issues. In addition to her policy and entitlement work, Christine has extensive experience in campaign management and integrated marketing, developing and executing data-driven strategies that combine paid media, digital outreach, grassroots mobilization, and message development to influence public opinion and drive measurable outcomes. She has overseen multi-channel campaigns that align public affairs objectives with broader brand and reputation goals, ensuring consistency and impact across audiences.

Doug Fitzsimmons

Principal / Creative Director

Doug is an award-winning creative and strategic leader in brand development, interactive, print, video, and direct marketing. Doug drove the conceptual, strategic, and creative development of TakePart.com, an issue-driven online community incorporating storytelling, interactive data visualization, and real-world activism. He co-developed the successful Members Project CRM partnership with American Express, which resulted in $6.5 million in charitable donations and 53,000 volunteer hours logged by members. Other notable clients prior to Dolphin include Delta Air Lines, eHarmony, General Motors Europe, Epson, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and Paramount.
